In the Prices tab you can manage different settings related to the products' price to be published on the marketplace, such as the VAT , marketplace commissions, and price markups. The various options that can be activated from this panel are shown Below:

- Include VAT Price: indicate the VAT percentage, if applicable. - Include Marketplace Fees: these fees are calculated based on the marketplace categories. To add the VAT to these commissions, check the relevant box. - Round to: use this option to round off prices to decimal places / units. - % Prices Markup: insert a percentage mark-up to add to the products in the catalog. To apply a percentage discount, enter a percentage with a negative sign (eg "-5.00"). - Fixed Prices Markup: insert a fixed mark-up to be added to the list price. To apply a fixed discount, enter an amount with a negative sign (eg "-5.00"). IMPORTANT: all calculations are made using the catalog currency and when Sellrapido sends the data it converts into the currency of the marketplace. For this reason, fixed mark-ups must always be in the catalog currency.   Management of Lowest Price/Repricing The Lowest Price/Repricing feature allows you to lower the price of a product below the best current price. The calculation of the lowest price is only enabled for Amazon. To enable it, use the Lowest Price Settings button.

Check the Use Lowest Price checkbox.

Lowest Price Settings The repricing is done by combining 3 parameters: Percentage Step: margin - , can be 0 Fixed Descending Step: amount to subtract (typically it will be a few cents or 0) Minimal Accepted % Markup: percentage of your margin, calculated on the normal (non-discounted) price, below which the margin of the best price must not go. Example: if this value is 50%, and without considering the best price I have a margin of 10, then your margin with the best price (including commissions) must not go below 5. We suggest making some simulations to check how the calculation is made and what the selling price will be. How the repricing system works Publication using the repricing settings (lowest price) takes place as follows 1. the first time the offer is created the system uses the normal settings for calculating the price, therefore without repricing; for this reason it is important to always specify the default markups 2. after a few minutes from publication, normally 10 or 20 minutes depending on the number of offers, the system downloads the best price and if the calculated price is greater than the best price then apply repricing to publish at the lowest price 3. at the next unloading of the best price, which takes place within 1 hour from the last publication, the system checks whether the published price is equal to the best price and in the case attempts to go up again with respect to the second best price. In other words, it takes the second best price as a reference price and applies repricing rules to it With this system Sellrapido is able to position itself just below the lowest price of the competition   Specific settings Use the box at the bottom of the window to manage prices by categories or by price or weight ranges. Click Add to create a new rule.

In the example, all the products that fall under the Category 1 Informatics, and that have a price greater than 500 euros, the percentage charge set is 5%, plus 3 euros of fixed mark-up. In addition, VAT and marketplace fees will be added.

It’s not possible to choose the shipping method for Amazon, the only setting available are: - Shipping costs (fixed shipping costs, which, however, will ALWAYS be included in the price) - days of order preparation (N.B. the value must be greater or equal than 1, it can not be zero) Note: these days (PREPARATION) are added to the SHIPPING days set on Amazon Seller Central Settings -> Shipping Settings.

Shippings Template The shipping template can be added to the offers in the Shipping tab using the Set Marketplace Rule button.

In the window, type in the appropriate text box the exact name of the rule you want to use.

The rule can only be used for products with ASIN. If the ASIN is NOT present the system will make a first loading with the normal settings, ie without using the shipping rule; then download the ASIN associated with the offer and then make subsequent uploads using the set shipping rule. The Order processing time is sent together with the template name, so it must always be specified. Once a shipping template has been inserted as a Marketplace rule, to return to the default shipping template of Amazon, write in the "Marketplace Rule" the name of the default template (as it appears on Amazon). It is therefore not sufficient to remove the shipping rule.

Specific settings To manage shipments by Category, by price or weight ranges, use the box at the bottom of the window. Click Add to create a new rule.

Set the conditions, and then click the button : a window will open where to set the the shipment changes. For each product in the price list the first rule that matches the criteria will be applied (to change the order of the rules, drag them up or down).

In the example, all products that weigh from 5 kg to 10 kg, will be shipped for 11.90 euros, in 2 working days.

For Amazon, payment methods can not be managed, as only credit card payment is accepted. The Payment tab will therefore not be enabled.

In the Quantity tab you can set the quantities of products that will be displayed on the marketplace.

It is possible to manage this data in 3 different ways (choose Method from the drop-down menu): - import quantities from the list; - set a FIXED quantity: enter the quantity to be displayed in the box. In the example, for all published products the quantity 5 would; - set a RANDOM quantity: a random quantity will be published between the two numbers inserted in the two panels. There’s also an optional setting, it is possible to set a maximum quantity to publish (Maximum quantity). Specific settings To manage the quantities published by Categories, by Price or Weight, use the box at the bottom of the window. Click Add to create a new rule.

In the example, all products that have quantities greater than 100 will be published with quantity 10.

The publication of a title can not be managed for Amazon. This tab will therefore not be enabled.

For Amazon, the Template can not be managed through SellRapido. This tab will therefore not be enabled.

Nothing will be uploaded to the marketplace until Inclusion filters are defined, we suggest setting up a filter with few products first as a test.

The Filters tab is used to decide what to publish by applying Inclusion or Exclusion filters based on various parameters: Shop category Brand name SKU code EAN code Price range Min / Max Qty Weight range

The products in the catalog that match the Inclusion Rules will be published. The products in the catalog list that match the Exclusion Rules will NOT be published. To create a new rule, use the Add button. Choose the categories (select them from the drop-down menu), the price range, weight of products, even a particular SKU code or a brand to include or exclude. - To filter some brands of products, insert in the same row, field Brands, the names (spaces included) separated by commas; There must be no space between the commas. Example: canon, infinity light, zyxel - In the example below, for Local Catalog on Amazon, ONLY the Informatics category will be published. All the rest of the catalog will NOT be published.

- To immediately view how many products will be uploaded, tick Simulate Insertions  Counters in the lower part of the Settings window,  and click Confirm. A window will open showing how many listings will be uploaded to the marketplace / credential. In this case, 101.

In the Categories tab, you can view and edit the shop/catalog categories, and assign each one of them a marketplace category.

Associate marketplace categories to store categories On the left side of the grid the list categories are displayed (up to 3 levels). On the right hand side, by clicking on the various keys, it’s necessary to set the corresponding marketplace categories by choosing them from the list.

Each category corresponds to a percentage of marketplace fees, you can check those % in the %Sales Fee column. You have to pay close attention and set the marketplace categories correctly, because those percentages will be applied on the product’s final price. Click  to set the chosen category (in our example, the "Consumer Electronics" category will be used). The marketplace category will be associated with that one in the store.

Set the categories on multiple lines When setting up the marketplace categories, you can associate the same category value with multiple lines. 1) select multiple lines of categories by ticking the relative box 2) click  on one of the selected lines 3) set the category by choosing it from the tree 4) give the OK and choose "Yes" when confirmation is requested. The same marketplace category will be set in all selected rows.

For Amazon, returns settings can not be managed through SellRapido. Therefore this tab not be enabled.
